Design: Dovile Bertulyte makes jewellery that feels a bit rough, free spirited and wild. She likes to think of her pieces like a travel companion that leads you to the most remote corners of the world. With her jewellery she wants to inspire people, and remind them how beautiful our planet is. From meadows and valleys to mountain tops and ocean bottoms, inspiration from her travels is transferred to her work through an array of vibrant colours, intricate patterns and tactile textures.

Style Notes: Dovile's Sirens collection is inspired by the Greek epic poem of Homer - The Odyssey. Particularly by the scene were Odysseus meets seductive Sirens, beautiful but dangerous creatures who lured sailors to shipwreck with their songs. The notion of love conquering fear is so strong in this poem and inspired Dovile to make this dreamy collection. These intricate statement earrings are made in 18k gold with round teal sapphires sunken into coral textured studs. The seaweeds are carefully cut and arranged by hand to create feather-like shapes representing the wings of the enchanting sirens.
